Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
We take care of players' data, especially children's, and collect only the minimum needed to run the game. The data controller is Aleksandr Osmanov, Antalya, Türkiye, catunderhat@gmail.com.
What we store
- The trainer name the player makes up.
- The PIN — only in encrypted form (a hash); it cannot be read.
- Game progress: cards, levels, coins, trophies, battle statistics, registration date.
- A technical login key (token), so the PIN does not have to be entered every time.
- Purchase records: which pack was bought, when, and for how much. Bank card details are processed by the payment provider; we never receive them.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for an email, phone number, address, photo or real name. The game has no chat, no ads and no third-party trackers. We do not sell or share data for advertising.
Technical data
- The IP address is used temporarily to protect against PIN guessing and is kept in server logs for no longer than 30 days.
- The browser (localStorage) keeps the login key and settings: language, sound, selected team. There are no advertising cookies.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address (see Google’s privacy policy).
Why we need the data
So that you can log in from any device, keep your progress, play with other players (they only see your trainer name and cards), show the leaderboard, credit purchased coins and protect the game from abuse.
Children
Children play the game. We do not collect personal data from them beyond a made-up trainer name. A parent or guardian may at any time ask us to show, correct or delete a child's data by emailing catunderhat@gmail.com.
Where and how long data is kept
Data is stored on a server rented from a hosting provider for as long as the account exists. After a deletion request we delete the account within 30 days. Purchase records are kept as long as required by tax law.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and the GDPR you may find out what data we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict processing or withdraw consent. Email catunderhat@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (KVKK).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the update date.
