Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Aleksandr Osmanov, Antalya, Türkiye. Email: catunderhat@gmail.com. Website: https://kedidex.com.

Buyer: an adult who pays for a coin pack for a KediDex game account.

2. Subject

The sale of virtual in-game coin packs for the KediDex game. Coins can only be used inside the game and have no monetary value.

3. Products and prices

Prices are in Turkish lira and include all mandatory charges. The final amount is shown before payment.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment is made by bank card through a payment provider. Delivery is electronic: coins are added to the buyer's account right after the payment is confirmed. There are no delivery costs.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with the buyer's consent. The buyer agrees to the immediate delivery of coins. Nevertheless, the seller voluntarily issues refunds on the terms of the "Cancellation & Refunds" page.

6. Disputes

The buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the consumer court at their place of residence, within the limits set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

7. Entry into force

This agreement enters into force when the buyer confirms the order and the payment on the website. Before paying, the buyer reviews this agreement, the "Terms of Use" and the "Cancellation & Refunds" page.
