Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the KediDex online game at https://kedidex.com (the "Game"). By playing, you agree to them. If a player is under 18, a parent or guardian must read and accept these terms.

1. Who we are

The Game is owned and operated by Aleksandr Osmanov, Antalya, Türkiye. Contact: catunderhat@gmail.com.

2. The Game

KediDex is a free browser game with collectible cat cards. In the Game you can collect and upgrade cards, battle bots and other players, and earn in-game coins and trophies.

3. Account

  • To play, you create an account with a trainer name and a 4-digit PIN. No email or phone number is required.
  • Do not use a real name, insults or other people's trademarks as a trainer name. We may change or remove an inappropriate name.
  • Keep your PIN secret. You are responsible for actions taken with your account.
  • If you forget your PIN, email catunderhat@gmail.com and we will help you regain access after verification.

4. In-game coins and items

  • Coins, cards, levels and trophies are virtual in-game items. They are not money, have no monetary value outside the Game, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other players.
  • Coins can be earned in the Game for free or obtained by purchasing coin packs (see section 5).
  • We may change the game balance (prices, rewards, card stats) to keep the game fair and fun.

5. Purchases

  • Coin packs and their prices are listed on the home page. Prices are in Turkish lira (₺).
  • Purchases may only be made by an adult — the player's parent or guardian.
  • Payments are processed by a payment provider. We never see or store bank card details.
  • Coins are added to the account right after the payment is confirmed. If this has not happened within 24 hours, email catunderhat@gmail.com.
  • Refund terms are described on the "Cancellation & Refunds" page, and sales terms in the "Distance Sales Agreement".

6. Rules of conduct

You must not exploit bugs, use bots or cheats, try to access other players' accounts or our servers, or disrupt the Game. For violations we may restrict or delete an account and remove items obtained unfairly.

7. Availability and liability

The Game is provided "as is". We work to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, bugs and changes may occur. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Intellectual property

The code, design and texts of the Game belong to the owner. Internet memes and images of famous cats belong to their respective authors and are used for entertainment. If you are a rights holder and object to the use of an image, email catunderhat@gmail.com and we will replace or remove it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with the update date. Material changes do not affect purchases already made.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) and courts at their place of residence. Before that, please contact us — we will do our best to resolve the issue.
